Suzhou Haitong Robotics System Co., Ltd. (HITO) participated in drafting of GB/T 43209-2023, Automation Systems and Integration-Virtual Reconstruction Technical Requirements for Smart Production Lines of the National Standard of the People’s Republic of China, which was under the leadership of the China Machinery Industry Federation, and involved nearly 20 units and companies, such as Tsinghua University, Beijing Research Institute of Automation for Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., The University of Hong Kong, Beijing Institute of Technology, BeiHang University, the Institute of Automation, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the China Electronics Standardization Institute, HITO and others. The standard implemented on April 1,2024.
The standard of “Automation systems and integration-Virtual reconstruction technical requirements for smart production lines” divides the intelligent production line virtual reconstruction technology into the physical layer, virtual control layer and reconstruction function layer. This standard for the physical layer data acquisition requirements, virtual control layer data module, simulation design and monitoring module data application and processing, as well as the production line virtual reconstruction of the target requirements of the architecture are given a clear reference basis. This provides certain guidance and reference for enterprises and designers when planning intelligent production lines.
